About The Position

The Tepa Companies are seeking a curious, resourceful Innovation Intern for the 2027 summer. This paid, 12-week internship offers hands-on projects focused on improving how the organization works through task automation, dashboards, and experiments to make digital systems smarter and faster. The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, depending on workload and school schedule, with work at an office location. The role is hybrid and requires regular in-office presence at one of the main offices. The intern will assist with workflow automation, prototype data dashboards, help integrate APIs and conditional audience logic, and identify process pain points and propose technology-based solutions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an applicable bachelor's degree program, such as Business Management, Communications, or Economics.
Must be within two years of graduation.
Comfort with modern software ecosystems, especially Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams.
Basic coding knowledge, such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Self-starter with a creative mindset who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

Nice To Haves

Interest in dashboards and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Assist with designing and implementing workflow automations, such as routing emails into structured folders and converting files to PDFs for upload to internal systems.
Explore and prototype data dashboards, including with Microsoft Power BI, to make insights easier to access.
Help integrate APIs and conditional audience logic to make internal systems more dynamic.
Identify pain points in everyday processes and pitch creative, technology-based solutions.
