About The Position

The Information Technology Manager leads the property's technology operations and supports innovative solutions across the organization. The role oversees IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software; manages and develops the IT team; protects data and systems through security policies and compliance; leads IT projects; and provides technical support and user training.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT roles with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage IT teams, collaborate with other departments, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the property's networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
• Manage and mentor the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead IT projects from planning and budgeting through execution and evaluation, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on IT systems and best practices.
