About The Position

Greenwood Village South is hiring a part-time Information Technology (IT) Intern to provide technology support to residents and staff and assist with IT operations and projects at its Greenwood, Indiana campus. The role offers a flexible weekday schedule of 16 hours per week and starting pay of $15.50 per hour. The intern will work alongside IT staff, gaining exposure to daily operations, system maintenance, and technology management while contributing to campus technology initiatives. Greenwood Village South is a hospitality-driven, non-profit Life Plan Community serving more than 750 residents and employees. It is managed by Life Care Services.

Requirements

GED or high school diploma.
Enrollment in or recent graduation from a two- or four-year college or university program.
Strong interest in Information Technology.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for providing the best care to residents.

Nice To Haves

College or university program preferably in Information Technology or a similar field.
Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to residents and staff for computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
Respond to IT service requests and assist with reviewing and completing work orders.
Shadow IT staff to learn about daily operations, system maintenance, and technology management.
Assist with device setup, equipment deployments, and annual computer refresh projects.
Help maintain IT documentation and equipment inventory.
Assist with audiovisual and technology setup for meetings, events, presentations, and podcast recordings.
Participate in campus technology initiatives and expansion-related projects.
Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned.
