About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Technology Associate (Junior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience in information systems and networks or a related functional area; OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; OR Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Fundamental networking concepts and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security+ certification.
  • Experience providing foundational support for Navy information systems, networks, and related equipment under direct supervision.
  • Experience assisting with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing initial user support.
  • Experience supporting the security and integrity of data and systems.
  • Experience assisting with hardware and software installations, first-level technical support, system performance monitoring, documentation of work performed, and adherence to security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Support foundational IT operations for SEA 05 by assisting with hardware, software, network, and telecommunications services under direct supervision.
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and communication systems to ensure uninterrupted user operations.
  • Assist with installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Maintain Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) records, including asset assignments, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and equipment refresh support.
  • Support user account administration for NMCI, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, FlankSpeed, Nautilus, and SharePoint systems, including access requests and account updates.
  • Assist with documentation of system configurations, user support actions, service requests, and IT asset management records for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor basic system performance, connectivity issues, and user support tickets while escalating complex technical issues as appropriate.
  • Support file access management, shared drive permissions, and user access coordination for SEA 05 information systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, briefings, and administrative documentation related to IT support operations and customer service activities.
  • Follow established IT security procedures and support protection of system integrity, user access controls, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide responsive customer service and technical assistance to SEA 05 personnel while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in issue resolution.
  • Assist with implementation of office automation improvements and support operational efficiency across SEA 05 administrative and IT functions.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
