About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Technology Associate (Mid) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience in information systems and networks or a related functional area; OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in information systems and networks or a related functional area; OR Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and server administration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+).
  • Experience providing comprehensive support for Navy information systems and networks.
  • Experience resolving complex issues and implementing improvements.
  • Experience providing advanced troubleshooting support.
  • Experience supporting network management and server administration.
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation and supporting security compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for Navy information systems, networks, servers, and related hardware/software infrastructure across SEA 05 operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, servers, mobile devices, and network connectivity across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Support server administration, network management, system maintenance, and technical operations to ensure reliable day-to-day functionality and mission continuity.
  • Assist with implementation of system upgrades, process improvements, and technical enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user support services.
  • Maintain system configurations, technical documentation, asset management records, user access controls, and troubleshooting activities to support compliance and continuity.
  • Coordinate user support activities, service requests, and issue resolution while ensuring timely and accurate response to operational needs.
  • Support Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) asset management activities including deployments, assignments, refresh support, asset disposition, and configuration management.
  • Support security compliance efforts by maintaining access controls, following established security procedures, and assisting with audit readiness activities.
  • Coordinate with NMCI, NAVSEA CIO staff, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve operational processes.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
