Requirements

Two (2) years of increasingly responsible computer systems and applications support experience.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. supplemented by related specialized training in computer science or a related field.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado driver's license.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
This position is a safety-sensitive position, which means you will be subject to random drug screens due to the nature of the work performed.

Responsibilities

Assist users of the City's various computing systems, networks, software, enterprise applications, and wired & wireless telecommunication devices.
Demonstrate exceptional technical capabilities by handling tasks such as equipment deployment, testing, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network components, computer systems, and device hardware & software.
Deliver high-quality customer service by responding effectively and promptly to user issues and inquiries.
