Make a difference as a Information Systems Tech As a Full-Time Information Systems Tech at Minden Medical Center, you can expect a dynamic daily routine that keeps you engaged and challenged. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and upgrading our information systems, and ensuring data integrity and security. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Daily tasks will also involve monitoring system performance, conducting routine maintenance, and assisting with the implementation of new software. In this role, you will prioritize customer-centricity by providing timely support, responding to service requests, and offering training to staff as needed. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in creating a seamless technology experience for our team and ultimately enhancing patient care. Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including server operating systems and Office Suite
- Solid understanding of Active Directory
- Basic NTFS file permissions
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Familiarity with SNMP
- Microsoft Applications including but not limited to server OS's office active directory
- Basic NTFS File permissions
- Network protocols
- TCP/IP
- SMNP required
Nice To Haves
- MCSA or A+ Certification
- Knowledge of DICOM standards helpful
