Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including server operating systems and Office Suite
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Basic NTFS file permissions
Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP
Familiarity with SNMP
Strong problem-solving skills
Empathetic customer-centric mindset
Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

MCSA or A+ Certification
Knowledge of DICOM standards
