Responsible for end-user and systems support by logging and tracking of issues related to the maintenance, repair and upkeep of organizational Information Systems. This includes, but is not limited to desktops, laptops, and printers. The role involves installation and troubleshooting of software, phone systems, desktops, audio-visual equipment, networks, and other related IT infrastructure.
