About The Position

Salesforce is seeking an Informatica Data Governance Cloud Account Executive to help organizations manage and use their data through its Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The role partners with Core Account Executives across commercial industries to advance data governance opportunities and build trusted data foundations that support innovation and digital transformation. It combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, translating governance requirements into business and financial value for C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Quality sales and/or implementation.
Deep understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data privacy standards such as CCPA and GDPR.
Experience with Data Governance or Data Quality platforms and technologies, such as Informatica IDMC, Collibra, or Alation.
Ability to collaborate in dynamic, cross-functional team environments and consistently achieve targets.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve a dedicated quota for Data Governance products by identifying and closing complex opportunities.
Explain data governance best practices and deliver presentations showing how data transparency can provide competitive advantage.
Qualify customer use cases related to Data Governance and Data Quality.
Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline generation for Data Governance and Data Quality products.
Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting governance principles to strategic business outcomes for C-suite executives.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to a high-energy sales culture.
Lead pricing and consumption-capacity scoping efforts.
