About The Position

You'll help bring creative, culturally relevant influencer campaigns to life across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands in the personal care and wellness space. Working closely with the influencer and social team, you'll support end-to-end campaign execution — from talent selection through content approval — helping brands show up authentically across social platforms. This is a role for someone who's genuinely plugged into creator culture and knows how to translate that into impactful brand moments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of influencer marketing experience, beyond internship level
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience leading and managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns (required)
  • Familiarity with both brand and agency marketing environments; agency experience preferred
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Review influencer lists and evaluate potential partnerships against campaign objectives
  • Support Influencer Managers across North American brands with selections, briefs, concepts, and content approvals
  • Evaluate influencer content prior to posting to ensure brand alignment
  • Conduct influencer risk assessments and oversee process execution across brands
  • Support TikTok Shop efforts by helping lead affiliate campaigns from setup through execution
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop best practices and platform developments
  • Collect and enter campaign data into reporting systems
  • Use data and insights to recommend talent and content themes
  • Leverage social listening tools to conduct audits, build reports, and monitor campaign performance
  • Support analysis and measurement of influencer marketing effectiveness
  • Conduct competitive and cultural landscape research to surface strategic opportunities
  • Understand paid media amplification and best practices as they relate to influencer content
  • Assist with evolving the North American influencer playbook
  • Participate in influencer and creator education and training programs
