About The Position

This role owns the execution for Whole Foods Market’s influencer program, including managing creator relationships, writing influencer briefs, and managing contracts. Additionally, this role will own our supplier collaboration requests, building out our intake process, manage deliverable tracking, and provide content feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing
  • Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
  • Experience with influencer management platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and influencer disclosure requirements.
  • Grocery or food category experience.
  • Experience working in brand marketing or sustainability-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Creator Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with brand advocates.
  • Brief Framework Development – Write influencer briefs to ensure high quality of content across all influencers.
  • Supplier collaboration – Inspect and recommend changes to our supplier collaboration requests, building a robust content arm for social that also supports our suppliers.
  • Sourcing new talent, coordinating partnerships, and ensuring content aligns with Whole Foods' social strategy.
