About The Position

We are seeking an Influencer Relations & Outreach Coordinator for a Brand Design Agency in the US. This is a full-time, home-based position. The role involves sourcing local micro-influencers, managing communication, and tracking content submissions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in sourcing influencer profiles from Instagram hashtags and tags
• Experience with direct messaging on Instagram
• Familiarity with email communication
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Asana
• Ability to track content submissions
• Strong follow-up skills
• Ability to handle ad-hoc requests

Responsibilities

• Source local micro-influencer profiles daily from Instagram hashtags and tags
• Review sourced profiles with Alyssa and get approval on candidates
• Send Instagram DMs using provided templates to approved influencer profiles
• Move approved contacts to email (special influencer email address synced with HubSpot)
• Provide influencers with content codes and video inspiration guidelines
• Track content submissions in Asana calendar view by copying and pasting video links
• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely video submissions
• Handle occasional ad-hoc requests from Max (restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, etc.)
