  • Comfort with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Archive, ShopMy, or similar tools).
  • Strong and fast written communication skills for briefs and outreach.
  • A bias toward action and the ability to manage multiple tasks and threads simultaneously.
  • Understanding of both influencer marketing and paid creative strategy.
  • Comfort being measured on hard outputs like content volume, quality (brand alignment and ad performance), and contribution profit.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and a desire to work closely with a small senior team.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Sprout Social, Archive, and ShopMy.
  • Hybrid backgrounds are welcome, such as performance creative strategists who have run creator programs, or influencer marketers with deep instincts for ad creative.

  • Manage the entire creator pipeline: outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, usage rights, payment, and performance feedback.
  • Develop content concepts and briefs that align with the brand and are optimized for paid advertising performance.
  • Achieve a throughput target of approximately 20 qualifying creator content pieces per month, ready for paid testing.
  • Prioritize whitelisting and usage-rights deals, with paid partnerships and gifting considered where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Lead on paid performance insights to inform creator selection and content strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Brand Influencer marketer and Organic Social manager to ensure a unified brand presence across all creator initiatives.
  • Maintain a high standard for content quality and brand alignment.
  • Build scalable systems and processes, with the potential to advocate for additional resources like freelancers, contractors, or direct hires as the program grows.
  • Partner closely with Brand leadership to uphold brand standards.

  • Real accountability and impact with work directly tied to revenue.
  • A proven growth motion ready to scale.
  • A small, high-trust, mission-driven team environment.
  • Room to build and shape the future of creator marketing, with a path to leading a team.
