About The Position

Work with older infants and young toddlers, providing a warm, responsive, engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates, and create a safe, stimulating environment that supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Have completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units, or hold an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• At least 6 months of prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
