About The Position

The Infant Toddler Teacher works with older infants and young toddlers, providing a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. The teacher builds trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates, and creates a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and early learning. The role collaborates with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Must have completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units, or hold an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• A minimum of 6 months of prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
