About The Position

Teachers use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. In this role, you will work with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. You will create a welcoming, engaging, safe, and nurturing classroom where children can play, learn, and grow; communicate with families about children’s experiences and achievements; and work with center staff and leadership to support center goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
College early childhood education coursework highly preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Partner with center staff and leadership to support goals around enrollment and engagement.
Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
