About The Position

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive full-time Infant Toddler Teacher to work with older infants and young toddlers. The role provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs, development, curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. The teacher builds trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates, and collaborates with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Have completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units, or hold an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Have a nurturing personality, patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
