About The Position

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™, you will support infants’ and toddlers’ development by creating a nurturing, enriching environment that fosters growth and exploration. You will incorporate Celebree’s vision, mission, and values into children’s experiences and provide developmentally age-appropriate activities. The role also includes helping classroom aides gain confidence and compassion as they enter early childhood education. Requirements

Meet the lead teacher requirements approved by the governing state agency.
Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of children’s behavioral and developmental stages.
Have knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
Be able to manage a classroom.
Have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Guide and support infants through daily activities and early developmental milestones.
Manage the infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely, age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment.
Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
Help classroom aides develop confidence and compassion in early childhood education.
