About The Position
The Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher provides daily care and learning experiences for children in a licensed child care center. The teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans educational activities, and communicates with families. The role includes implementing the company’s proprietary curriculum and creating fun, interactive experiences that support children’s development. Extensive training is provided on child care, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
- At least 12 Early Childhood Education units.
- Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of each child in the classroom.

- Communicate effectively with families.
