About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infant children. The teacher helps children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The role implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and builds relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Teachers communicate regularly with parents about children's activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Classrooms use technology, materials, and resources to support learning and development. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related degree is preferred.
