About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Teacher to provide nurturing care and support early learning in a warm, engaging environment. The teacher works with the education team to deliver a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum, follow infants’ interests and cues, ensure their safety, and support development through language, toys, and activities. The role also involves sharing children’s daily milestones with parents. The position is located in Kansas City, Missouri.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meet all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Be flexible and available during business hours.

• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to create a warm, engaging environment where infants can thrive.
• Capture and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
