About The Position
As an Infant Teacher, you will build trusted relationships with families while providing nurturing care and helping infants develop foundational skills. You will use the digital Balanced Learning platform to create joyful learning experiences. The role is based in a welcoming childcare environment with high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, and an on-site school leadership team invested in your growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Nice To Haves
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infants and Toddlers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided for you.
- Ensure a safe and clean learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
