About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to support infants in a safe, nurturing environment where they can explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones while feeling secure and supported. The teacher provides responsive, engaging care tailored to each child’s needs; builds trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates; and creates a stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity, confidence, and early learning. The role also involves collaborating with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
