About The Position

As an Infant Teacher Assistant at Celebree School™, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, enriching environment for infants and providing developmentally age-appropriate experiences. You will help ensure that Celebree’s vision, mission, and values are reflected in the infants’ daily experiences. The role also offers the opportunity to help classroom aides build confidence and compassion as they begin working in early childhood education. Celebree School describes its approach as helping both children and team members grow through continuous learning, development opportunities, individual growth plans, and career pathways. The position includes training, tools, and resources to support classroom responsibilities. Hours are Monday through Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a strong passion for early childhood education.
Have 1–3 years of experience working in early childhood education with young children.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and collaboration and team-building characteristics.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher in navigating daily activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
Manage the infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating, following Celebree’s infant curriculum.
Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting.
Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
Help classroom aides navigate their introduction to early childhood education with confidence and compassion.
