About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher Assistant to join an early childhood education team. The role focuses on creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe classroom environment for infants ages 3–12 months to promote their development and well-being.

Requirements

• Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills with infants, parents, and coworkers.
• Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
• Knowledge of infant development milestones and early education best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care to infants in a classroom setting.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Communicate consistently with parents about children’s progress, daily activities, and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and record infants’ developmental progress, including motor skills, communication, and social interactions.
• Support feeding, diapering, and napping schedules based on individual infant needs.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
