About The Position

O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education, which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown into 9 states, with a 10th coming soon. Due to the volume of locations in this region, we are eager to discuss the best position and center for you based on your location, desired role, schedule, and age preferences. We are not limited to this specific position. If you apply, we will work towards scheduling an interview to determine the best fit for you. Other possible positions include Toddler Teacher, Lead Preschool Teacher, PreK Lead Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist.

CDA or Associates Degree
CPR/First Aid
Experience working with children 0-13 years-old

Responsibilities

Work Monday - Friday for full time employment (shifts range from 7:00am - 4pm to 9am - 6pm)
Execute lesson plans and curriculum
Maintain licensing requirements
Complete required assessments and observations
Provide basic care routines
Talk to parents and help meet their needs
Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
