Infant Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division, is seeking an attentive and nurturing teacher for its infant program. The program provides a safe, supportive environment where infants can explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones. The teacher provides responsive care that meets each child’s individual needs, communicates regularly with families, and collaborates with the teaching team to support consistent routines, licensing compliance, and the school’s standards of excellence. The position requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, rising from the floor, twisting, listening, reading, writing, and speaking English. It also often involves carrying, lifting, and repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally pushing, pulling, or bending. Regular hearing and clear vision, with or without correction, are required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 6 months of teaching experience in a childcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
