About The Position

The Malvern School is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at its Valley Forge school, working Monday through Friday. The teacher assists with implementing the school's Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and its philosophy, and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and educational classroom environment. The teacher also communicates regularly with parents, in person and through technology, with the goal of meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Either at least 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility, or 15 relevant college credits (or a CDA) and at least 1,250 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.

• Assist in implementing the Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and the Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
