About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Assistant Teacher to support its infant program. The program provides a safe, nurturing environment where infants can explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones while feeling secure and supported. The role involves providing responsive care and an engaging classroom experience tailored to each child’s needs, communicating with families, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and collaborating with the teaching team to support consistent routines and meet licensing standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience in a childcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
