About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join its team. The infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones while feeling secure and supported. The role provides a warm, responsive, engaging classroom experience tailored to each child’s needs; builds trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates; and creates a safe, stimulating environment that supports infants’ curiosity, confidence, and early learning. The teacher collaborates with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience in a childcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
