About The Position

As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you provide daily care for children in your classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. You observe and assess children, plan educational experiences, and communicate with families. You complete extensive training in child care, preschool, and child development, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The role involves engaging in physical activity with children and working indoors or outdoors.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in the classroom.
