About The Position

Falcon Electric is seeking an Industry Account Executive to lead go-to-market efforts in a priority industry, focusing on deep penetration through relationship-led, long-cycle selling. This role involves developing named accounts, securing design wins, and creating vertical solution kits. The company is leveraging AI to enhance its operations and sales processes, aiming for a focused team to achieve significant scale and speed. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise and relationships in the water/wastewater sector, while Falcon provides a differentiated product and an AI-powered workforce. The role requires owning the account universe, specifying engineers, and the design-win pipeline for the water/wastewater industry. Key responsibilities include getting Falcon designed into projects, plant standards, cabinet specs, and control-panel BOMs to generate durable revenue. The executive will also develop and win named accounts through technically credible selling, partner with engineering and marketing to define packaged solutions, and act as the voice of the customer by feeding requirements and insights back to product and engineering teams. Success will be measured by spec-in positions and qualified design-win pipeline within the vertical.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling technically engineered products into water/wastewater (SCADA, treatment, pumping).
  • Deep, current relationships with specifying engineers, integrators, EPCs, or municipal/DOT buyers in the water/wastewater vertical.
  • A demonstrated track record of design wins, spec-in, or long-cycle industrial infrastructure sales.
  • Enough technical fluency to hold a credible power-protection / critical-infrastructure conversation with an engineer.
  • Comfort operating with AI account-intelligence and signal tooling as a daily force multiplier.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing contacts in the chosen vertical you can activate on day one.
  • Familiarity with the vertical's control ecosystem, SCADA/RTU, PLC/HMI, or ITS controllers.
  • Understanding of how UPS and backup power fit critical-infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

  • Own the account universe, the specifying engineers, and the design-win pipeline for the water/wastewater industry.
  • Get Falcon designed into projects, plant standards, cabinet specs, and control-panel BOMs.
  • Develop and win named accounts in the vertical through long-cycle, technically credible selling.
