About The Position

We are looking for an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys quality work and takes pride in their contributions. While experience with industrial spray equipment is a plus, we are also open to candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and pride in work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous industrial spraying or paint experience.
• Experience with industrial spray equipment.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
• Check parts to ensure the coating meets quality standards and looks good.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use tools such as viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep the work area organized.
• Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure production flow.
