We're looking for an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our manufacturing facility. Experience with industrial spray equipment is a plus, but if you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Someone who works well on their own and with a team.
• A dependable employee with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous industrial spraying or paint experience is preferred.
• Experience with industrial spray equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
• Check parts to make sure the coating looks good and meets quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use tools like viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep your work area organized.
• Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
• Pitch in where needed to help keep production moving.
