About The Position
We are looking for a Sprayer to join our team! This role involves carefully identifying and scribing masking areas on components, and then masking and trimming parts to ensure the customer component coating quality end product. The Sprayer will also deburr components, including removing tape, overspray, and sharp edges. Additionally, they will determine and perform the correct part cleaning method if required and verify completion and sign off for all previous operations.
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- High school or GED
- Must be able to clear the pre-employment drug test as well as regular screenings during employment as part of the FAA program.
Responsibilities
- Carefully identify and scribe masking area on components
- Mask and trim parts ensuring the customer component coating quality end product
- Deburr components including removing tape, overspray, and sharp edges
- Determine correct part cleaning method if required and clean parts accordingly
- Verify completion and sign off for all previous operations
