The Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech is seeking applicants with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology for an open-rank tenure-line position, at either the Assistant, Associate, or Full professor level (commensurate with experience). Successful applicants will be required to have a Ph.D. by the anticipated August 10, 2027 start date, a demonstrated commitment to and successful track-record appropriate to their rank in research, teaching and mentoring, and service and engagement, and show promise in securing future extramural funding to support their research program.
