About The Position

The Department of Radiation Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join their expanding Radiation Oncologist team. This team is composed of nationally and internationally renowned faculty and staff dedicated to clinical care. The position involves contributing to the clinical education of residents, medical students, and other trainees, providing evaluation and management services, performing simulations, and overseeing treatment planning and delivery procedures. The role also includes participation in the academic, research, and educational missions of the institution, maintaining a culture of safety and quality assurance within the radiation department, and attending required clinical, administrative, and research meetings. The physician will perform other duties as assigned by the Chair or Chair-Designate. This is a full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, requiring coverage during core business hours with some flexibility as needed for business demands, and includes call responsibilities for 8-10 weeks per year.

Requirements

Medical Degree and Graduation from Accredited Radiation Oncology Residency.
Must be board certified or eligible by American Board of Radiology within 3- years of date of hire.
Eligible for full, unrestricted licensure in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
