About The Position

High Steel Structures is seeking an Industrial Forklift Operator to join its team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role operates a gas-powered industrial forklift to move, handle, and transport raw materials, supplies, products, and parts to and from indoor and outdoor storage areas, work areas, plants, and warehouses. The position is listed as first shift. The operator must be able to work overtime, including Saturday mornings, as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturday mornings, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is desired; the company will certify the right candidate.
• At least six months of experience in a steel fabrication facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a gas-powered industrial forklift truck.
• Move, handle, and transport raw materials, supplies, products, and parts.
• Transport materials to and from indoor and outdoor storage areas, work areas, plants, and warehouses.
