About The Position

Office Pride is hiring a detail-oriented, hardworking Industrial Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in an industrial setting. The role helps keep workspaces and common areas clean and safe by following standard cleaning procedures and safety regulations. It offers a stable opportunity with dependable income, and work may be performed independently or as part of a team. The position is part-time and is located in Anniston, Alabama. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Requirements

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Education and work history demonstrating work ethic and responsibility.
• Understanding of safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Care about quality, work at an efficient pace, and be reliable.
• Valid driver's license.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, machinery, and/or workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris from floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of industrial waste according to company and environmental guidelines.
• Use industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas in sanitary condition.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Follow safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support facility cleanliness.
