About The Position

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking full-time day-shift Industrial Cleaner for an industrial mill facility in Delta, Ohio. The position follows a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 scheduled hours per week before unpaid meal breaks.

The cleaner works inside an active mill environment and maintains assigned areas throughout the facility. The role requires attention to detail, dependable attendance, adherence to safety procedures, use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), and regular stair use. Employees must be comfortable with the work environment and able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Ability to work safely inside an active industrial mill.
• Ability to regularly climb and descend stairs.
• Willingness and ability to wear required PPE.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine physical cleaning duties.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation to the Delta, Ohio facility.

Nice To Haves

• Previous industrial cleaning, factory cleaning, commercial janitorial, custodial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial and cleaning tasks inside an industrial mill.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain assigned floors and work areas.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize designated restrooms and fixtures.
• Maintain employee breakrooms and shared areas.
• Dust and wipe down accessible surfaces and equipment exteriors where assigned.
• Clean designated hallways, entrances, and common spaces.
• Travel up and down stairs throughout the facility as required.
• Wear required PPE and comply with site-specific safety procedures.
• Properly handle cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Report unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or supply shortages.
• Maintain a professional attitude while working around facility employees.
• Complete assigned cleaning responsibilities within the scheduled shift.
