About The Position

The Cleaner helps provide club members with a clean, sanitized, and safe fitness environment. The role is based at the Carlisle, Pennsylvania location and is full-time on the third shift. Starting pay is $13 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Continual standing and walking during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the daily cleaning checklist thoroughly to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and the gym floor.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and locker areas.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Stock supplies throughout the club and in locker rooms.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment, such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment, to the Club Manager.
