About The Position

Goodkind is hiring an Industrial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of production areas and equipment, helping prevent cross-contamination and keep production running smoothly. Reporting to the Compounding Manager, this role also supports production by staging and preparing materials. The cleaner follows standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintains an organized and sanitary work environment, and communicates with a supervisor as priorities change. The role calls for someone who is organized, self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to reach, crouch, bend, and scrub.
• Availability during regular operating hours and for occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect production equipment, including filling machines, compounding equipment, tanks, homogenizers, pumps, pots, and stainless steel parts.
• Clean and inspect production areas.
• Stage and prepare materials, such as boxes and components, to support production activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure cleaning meets quality requirements.
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for production.
• Communicate with the supervisor throughout the day and shift priorities on short notice as needed.
• Help build a positive team dynamic by assisting peers and supervisors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
