Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Wilmington, OH location or relocate before starting employment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

• Previous commercial, industrial, or sanitation cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, carpets, windows, glass surfaces, walls, and workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure assigned areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Maintain a professional and safety-conscious work environment.
• Assist with additional cleaning and facility-related tasks as assigned.
