About The Position
As a Hospice LPN, you will provide care for patients and families in homes and facilities under the direction and supervision of an RN. The role involves driving to patients in Dayton and surrounding county areas and providing one-to-one bedside care for patients who are actively declining. Requirements
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio and no board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- State minimum automobile insurance coverage.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
