About The Position
The Indirect Lending Processor is a vital part of DuTrac’s Indirect Lending Department. The role assists members and dealership partners with indirect lending applications and processes loan disbursements in a timely manner. It also involves entering and verifying contract information, following credit union policies and procedures, communicating funding notices to dealers, opening memberships for new members, tracking loan titles, and following up with dealerships to obtain information needed to process loans. Requirements
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Assist members and dealership partners with indirect lending applications.
- Process loan disbursements in a timely manner.
- Enter contract information into the loan origination system and ensure its accuracy.
- Follow credit union policies and procedures when funding indirect loans.
- Disburse credit applications and provide dealers with funding notices after loans are disbursed.
- Open appropriate memberships for new DuTrac members.
- Track titles for disbursed loans.
- Follow up with dealerships to verify and collect information required to process loans.
