About The Position

Ironhorse Funding is hiring an onsite Loan Processor for its Indirect / Direct Consumer Lending team in Irving, Texas. The role helps convert approved applications into funded loans by ensuring document packages are complete, accurate, compliant, and ready to proceed. The processor supports customers, dealers, and the business through consistent quality and adherence to Ironhorse policies, lending guidelines, and funding requirements. The position is onsite Monday through Friday, with a schedule of either 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The processor reviews and tracks loan documents, follows up to resolve missing or incorrect items, communicates outcomes, and maintains knowledge of Ironhorse lending programs and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Receive, track, and audit approved loan documentation to confirm it meets Ironhorse policy, guidelines, and funding requirements.
Follow up with customers and dealers to obtain missing or corrected documents.
Review submitted information against minimum quality and content standards and communicate outcomes clearly and promptly.
Maintain working knowledge of Ironhorse lending programs.
Operate in compliance with Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
Stay current on required training, including AFSA.
Prioritize files by deadline, identify documentation gaps, document follow-up outcomes, communicate updates to internal partners, and keep the pipeline organized.
