About The Position

Ironhorse Funding is seeking a Loan Processor to support indirect and direct consumer lending and the organization’s titling needs for motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine assets. The role helps turn approved applications into funded loans by ensuring document packages are complete, accurate, and ready to move forward, while protecting customers, dealers, and the business through consistent quality and compliance. The position is onsite in Irving, Texas, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of either 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The Loan Processor reviews and tracks approved loan documentation, works with customers and dealers to obtain missing or corrected documents, and communicates review outcomes. The role requires working knowledge of Ironhorse lending programs and compliance with applicable lending regulations and required training, including AFSA training.

Responsibilities

Receive, track, and audit approved loan documentation to confirm it meets Ironhorse policy, guidelines, and funding requirements.
Follow up with customers and dealers to obtain missing or corrected documents.
Review submitted information against minimum quality and content standards and communicate outcomes clearly and promptly.
Maintain working knowledge of Ironhorse lending programs.
Operate in compliance with Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act, and stay current on required training, including AFSA.
Support the organization’s titling needs for motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine assets.
