We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by providing a digital platform and leveraging the power of face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while RepRally provides inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and grow their own local sales territory in the Springfield Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential with the support of a mobile app and a vast product catalog.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and refusal to give up are essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and not taking rejection personally.
- Enjoy the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy independently.
Responsibilities
- Target independent retailers across the Springfield Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
- Walk into stores, engage with decision-makers, and pitch the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospect new stores, build trust with owners, and manage client relationships.
- Use the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively manage accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
