About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace that connects independent retailers directly with thousands of popular Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We fix the issue of high prices from middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are the face of our network. We provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics, while you build local trust to grow your own book of business. We are looking for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Springfield Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, backed by our phone app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will be targeting independent retailers across the Springfield Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods. Your role involves walking into stores, pitching the RepRally platform, prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, managing client relationships, and using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and secure continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Sales or hustle experience (B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus).
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence in closing accounts.
- Love for the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy.
- Must operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle to get around.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.
